He was 25 years old at the time, working in a strenuous nursing job and studying at the same time. &#8220;The psychological strain was certainly great,&#8221; says the native of L\u00fcbeck. The young father suffered a sudden hearing loss twice. Today, he cannot rule out the possibility that there was a connection with an incident in the military some time ago: &#8220;When I was standing in a large vehicle hangar as a regular soldier, a tank misfired when starting. There was a loud bang.
